The PADI Wreck Diver Specialty Course

As you descend, you look below for your first glimpse.  Your eyes instinctively search for a pattern - something that looks like a ship.  You near the bottom and then suddenly, in a blink, the wreck materializes below you.

Whether it's your first dive or your 100th dive on it, few moments in diving compare to descending onto a wreck.  The first few times you sense the mystery and exhilaration of discovery.  Once you get to know it, each dive brings new experience and new memories.

The PADI Wreck Diver Specialty course teaches the basic principles for fun, safe wreck diving.  The course was designed for flexibility, so that what you learn applies when diving on both very intact wrecks, and wrecks that now have become little more than a pile of rubble.  Whether wrecks interest you out of historical curiosity or because they're artificial reefs with abundant life, this program will help you enjoy wreck diving more and help you to avoid the potential hazards associated with wreck diving.

Cost:  If you have completed the wreck elective dive in the PADI Adventure Diver course or PADI Advanced Open Water course, it may be credited towards this course at the discretion of your instructor so mail for details.
