Scuba Diving Thailand - Koh Dorkmai

Koh Dorkmai is a tiny jungle covered island between Shark Point and Phuket, its name meaning "Flower Island" in Thai.

Koh Dorkmai gets this name from the "flowers" beneath the surface, namely the hard and soft corals covering the vertical outcrop. It forms a good wall dive dropping down to 30 meters and can be easily circumnavigated several times during one dive.  There are a couple of small caves that may home to different reef critters.

 Koh Dork Mai makes a good night dive and is also a favourite among the macro fans with the highlight being the tiny yellow seahorses ... if you can find them!
